IF A MEMBER HAS ANY QUERIES, PLEASE PUT THEM IN WRITING TO THE OFFICE BY 10th OCTOBER 2025.
ANYTHING NOT SUBMITTED BY THE 10th OCTOBER WILL NOT BE ADDRESSED AT THE MEETING
ONLY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED TO ATTEND.
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR VALID MEMBERSHIP CARD WITH YOU.
THE ACCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE TO VIEW IN THE BLUE FOLDER IN THE MEMBERS BAR
Ekco Social and Sports Club has a member’s bar that is open daily with the added extra of 3 function rooms that are available to hire for functions such as Wedding Receptions, Birthday parties and Anniversaries. We also offer sympathetically help with arranging funeral wakes.
Non-members and their families are welcome to join or to be signed in by a member of the club. Why not join as a member, to enjoy a reduced bar tariff and reduced entry to all our Live Events?
We have a flat screen TV and a Projector for all sporting events shown on TNT Sports. In our sports room we have a pool table and 2 Dart boards for use by members when no league games are taking place.
FUNCTION ROOM HIRE
We have 3 different size function rooms available to hire, with ‘In house’ catering and our resident DJ If required.
(All have WIFI, Air Conditioning and Disabled access)
· Function Hall - (130 people) (This room includes our stage and large dancefloor with disco lights)
Sports Room – (50 people)
Tea Room – (30 people)
