We have lots of inside space to be able to host functions and celebrations from 25 to 130 guests

plus a large outside space for hire to be able to accommodate all kinds of events

Hiring our function suite

The club has a function suite to accommodate 130 people plus has a large dance area together with a stage for a band or disco. There is a separate room available for a buffet to be laid out. The club has Air Conditioning.

Types of Functions

  • Wedding Ceremonies/packages

  • Birthdays.

  • Anniversaries.

  • Engagements.

  • Retirements.

  • Presentations.

  • Funerals – you can hire the Ekco Social Club at a cost of £550 (starting price) which includes hall hire, teas and coffees with cake and a buffet for 50 people (More info below or please contact us).

  • Corporate events / daytime meetings or training events.

  • Any Other Special Event.

Discos or bands can be arranged to suit your particular social event.

We have our own caterer who should be able to provide for most functions:

Anybody who requires a booking at the club should contact Jaime (daytime) who will be glad to discuss dates and booking rates.

Function Room Booking Prices

Monday-Thurs £40 per hour

Friday, Saturday & Sunday £50 per hour

Friday and Saturday Evenings incur an additional cost of £175

Funeral package

The cost of the wake package we offer is £550 (starting price): This includes the hire of the hall for 3 hours, a buffet for 50 guests and teas and coffees with cake (Hot drinks are unlimited for 2 hours only).
Our Main function hall holds up to 130 guests-if you wish to add more to the 50 guests with the buffet please add an extra £8 per person.

The teas and coffee will be served for a maximum of 2 hours. Payment in full will be required upon booking. Please feel free to call if you would like a price given for the upgraded buffet package.

For further details regarding the buffet or if there are any special requirements, ie. white bread, brown bread, vegetarian, gluten free, etc. you can discuss directly with the caterers. If you would like to have a table set out for photos or a book of remembrance or if you have any particular music you would like played, we will be happy to accommodate as our aim is to make this occasion personal to you, your family and friends.
